WAIT TIMES

All pieces are made to order, production times are currently 1-3 weeks.

If you have a deadline you're welcome to email me on tara@saintlee.co.uk and I will try my best to get your piece to you as soon as possible.

Please note wait times do not include shipping.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of you receiving your order.

Custom pieces cannot be returned, but your ring size can be adjusted for a more comfortable fit.

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties on delivery.

The best way to ensure accurate sizing is to;

A) Visit your local jeweller to be sized or

B) Use a flexible tape measure and repeat the following steps.

Wrap the tape measure around the base of your finger.
Note the measurement. Record the point where the tape overlaps in millimetres. The tape should be snug but not tight.
Convert to ring size. Use the ring size conversion chart below to match your finger's circumference to the corresponding ring size.
