Shipping policy

UK Shipping I offer free standard shipping on all UK orders. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 weeks and delivered within 2–5 business days via Royal Mail. 

International Shipping I ship worldwide. International orders are fulfilled via DHL and typically arrive within 5–14 business days depending on destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Duties & Taxes For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees may be charged by your local customs authority upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in my shipping rates. I am unable to predict the exact amount — I recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

Order Processing Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact me at tara@saintlee.co.uk and I'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
